What if I cannot convert an Applicant to a Resident?


Instruction

If you can not convert an applicant to a Resident, check these issues:

  • Make sure that ALL of the adult Applicants in that unit are approved...they have an (A) after their name
  • Make sure that if there is an existing resident preparing to move out of that same unit, that you have entered the "Notice to Vacate" information for ALL existing residents (they will have "(NTV)" after their name).
