How does Blue Moon work with Resman?


This integration allows you to easily send your resident's information to Blue Moon through our software.  To use Blue Moon through ResMan, do the following: 

  1. Make sure that your ResMan account is integrated with Blue Moon.  If not, please email integrationsetup@myresman.com, the Serial number and User ID that will be used for each property.  You will receive an email back confirming that the integration set up is complete.
  2. Once the integration is set up, you will see a "Create Lease" link in each of your resident's profiles.   

How to Create a Lease

Go to Accounts > Residents > (Select your Resident).  From the resident's page, click on the "Create Lease" link under the Leasing Workflow on the left hand side menu.   

A new page will display your Blue Moon credentials and the resident's lease information will appear.

  • Note: It is important to ensure that all credentials listed are correct in ResMan before submitting the lease.  
  1. If the lease information looks correct, click on "Preview Lease" button at the bottom of the page.  This will take you into Blue Moon site to finish creating the lease.

 

 

Having Issues? Try this

Issue:I keep getting error messages in Blue Moon.

Try: BlueMoon has a variety of error messages which are very descriptive.  Look at the error and check where it would pull that from ResMan.  Contact Blue Moon for additional assistance.

Issue: Blue Moon isn't integrated with ResMan and it's suppose to be

Try: Email implementation@resmancloud.com and provide us with the Serial number and User ID for each property so that we can asses the problem/troubleshoot the issue.
