Have your administrator take these steps:
- Go into Admin>Users.
- Look up that user
- Locate their User ID.
- Within the Action menu located on the left, Click Reset Password.
- Enter a temporary password and give to the user
- Click the Change Password button
- The user can then login with the temporary password and go to Tools>Change Password and reset their password

Permissions and Settings
To reset a password you need permission to access all user information. This is usually an administrator. The administrator follows the instructions above.
