On what is the Move In proration based?


When someone moves in, the proration is based on what charges are in the Recurring Charge log that are dated ON OR BEFORE the Move In date.  

If the recurring charges are dated AFTER the MI date, you won’t receive a prorated amount and you will see this message (in red) during Move In:   "No transactions will be posted as the move in date does not fall within any of the defined recurring charge date ranges."
