1. The Delinquencies and Prepaids module allows the user to see the status on delinquent and prepaid accounts as of the current date.
2. Click on the resident's name in blue to bring up the contact information.
a. Clicking the resident's name in the orange contact pop up will take the user to the resident's portal.
b. Clicking email will allow the user to send an email from this screen.
c. Clicking on Reason allows you to enter a reason for the delinquency.
d. Click in the Reason field to enter notes specific to the resident and the collection efforts to date.
Note: Use the blue Bulk Update link to change the Reason for multiple residents.
Note: Use the blue Filter link to adjust which residents display.

Permissions and Settings
To view the Delinquencies and Prepaids BoardRoom module you need permission. To check permissions, go to Admin > User > (Select User) > Change Permissions > BoardRoom Module > Delinquencies and Prepaids.
