1. Select Accounting > Receivables > Transactions > Import Charges
a. Choose file (previously downloaded from utility provider)
- This file must be saved as a Comma Separated Value (CSV) file
b. Select Import Charges
c. Click CHOOSE FILE and select your CSV file
d. Click UPLOAD
e. Select Property, Date, Category and Description
f. Select All Transaction
g. Select the Column for Unit and Amount
h. Click Match Residents
i. Click Post to post these charges to the residents displayed

Permissions and Settings
To import charges you need permission. To check permissions, go to Admin > User > (Select User) > Change Permissions > Transactions > Import Charges.
