There are two ways someone can be on Certified Funds Only Status:
- 1) Their NSF count is over the defined limit
- 2) Because someone manually set it.
If someone has more than the allowed number of NSF checks then you can't set their Certified Funds Status to NO manually...you need to waive their NSF checks. This can be done from the Summary Ledger by clicking the Yes link on the months for which they have NSFs and waiving them one at a time. This will reduce their NSF count and thus bring them under the limit.
Permissions and Settings
