Resident Portal - Setup - Pick Lists


1. When a resident sends you a message, create a list of possible message types.

a. Admin> Pick Lists, Portal Message Type

b. Examples: Noise Disturbance, Other

 

2. Create groups of employees for the Team Page.

a. Admin> Pick Lists, Resident Portal Employee Group

b. Example: Front Office and Maintenance

 

3. Create 1 default category for Work Orders submitted online.

a. Admin> Pick Lists, Work Order Category

b. Example: Online Work Order
