How do I attach a scanned copy to the ResMan invoice or purchase order?


Instruction

Used to attach scanned copies of the invoices or purchase order.

A.  Go to the Invoice or Purchase Order landing page

Accounting > Invoice
Accounting > Purchase Order

B.  Check the left-side boxes to select the items you have an attachment for

C.  At the bottom click Upload Document

 

D.  Click Upload File

E.  Browse out to your scanned document

E.  Click UPLOAD

 

 

F.   Drag each invoice image over on top of the correct Invoice
 
G.  When complete, click SAVE
 
Each Invoice should now show an attachment icon

Permissions and Settings
