How do I change the Lost Prospect Reasons?


Instruction

  • Go to Admin > Pick Lists
  • From the list, click on Lost Prospect Reasons
  • You can add new items, edit the name of an existing reason or delete existing reasons from the right side

 

Permissions and Settings

To change the Lost Prospect Reasons you need permission to access pick lists. To check permissions, go to Admin > User >  (Select User) > Change Permissions > Admin > Pick Lists.
