Admin> Settings> Work Orders


ResMan allows the user to input work orders for a variety of areas and structure in the community. This setting will allow you to choose how you want to track work orders and how it will appear in the work order report. 

Note: In the dashboard, go to Property>Work Orders and you will be able to edit who requested the repair, who is assigned to work on, estimated costs and completion of the request.

 Select how you would like work orders numbered. If by account, enter numerically the next work order number.

Once you are done, don't forget to save your work.
