Charge Distributions are used to take a specific dollar amount and split it across the residents based on either occupancy count and/or square footage. A common formula is 50% occupancy count and 50% square footage.

Charge Distribution Formulas
Formula: Here is the drop down menu where the existing formulas reside
New: Create new formula
Delete: Delete formula
For "New", this will create a new formula:
Name: What you want to name your formula
Occupancy Weight: This percentage represents the weight that the number of occupants in the unit out of the total occupants in the property will have in the formula.
Square ft. Weight:Additional Fee: This percentage represents the weight that the square footage of the unit out of the total square footage of the property will have in the formula.
Additional Fee: Additional fee amount.
Billing Percentage: This percentage represents the amount to be distributed of the total billed amount.
Then apply settings to respective properties: Here is an example. It can be one, some, or all.
If you forget what the settings mean, you can always use the at the end of every field.
