Follow the steps below to select the settings which will apply to all properties listed within ResMan. All questions can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. On the email subject line, please include your company name as it appears in your ResMan contract.
1. Log in to ResMan and select Admin>Groups.
This setting gives/restricts access to the users that log in to ResMan. For instructions, click here.
2. Go to Admin>Settings.
Here you can configure the default settings that will affect all properties listed in ResMan (You can still edit the settings within each property). The entire list is here, but most importantly review:
- Check Printing Profile
- Close/Change Period
- Deposit Printing Profile
- GL Account
- Late Fee Schedules
- Management Fee
3. Submit the Users & Employees template. This template will list of those who work for the company. Please download the template and follow instructions on how to complete.
