How do I mark someone as a main contact?


To mark someone as a main contact:

  • Click the Accounts drop-down menu and select the status of the person you are searching under applicants or residents
  • Locate his or her name on the landing page
  • Click the blue hyperlink name
  • Locate the Personal Information tab
  • Click edit on the bottom left of the Personal Information tab
  • Check the "Main contact in unit" box located on the bottom right

Permissions and Settings

To mark an existing individual as a main contact you need permission to make changes to existing residents. To check permissions, go to Admin > User >  (Select User) > Change Permissions > Residents > Edit.
