**Note: These templates are time sensitive. Please send within 72 business hours prior to your scheduled Go Live date. Once these templates have been submitted you CANNOT make any changes to residents or their financial data. If you are submitting your data within the first five days of the month, it may take additional time to process and import your data.
In this section, we will gather all information related to the resident living in the property. Please complete all templates listed below (1-4) for each property implemented:
All items must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. On the email subject line, please include your company name as it appears in your ResMan contract, followed by the property the template belongs.
Note: If a unit is vacant, do not include it in these templates. The unit is created with the units template, and we do not want to import vacant information.
- Submit Applicants and Residents Template. This is a roster that contains the names of all those who live in the property and their personal information. Please download the template and follow instructions on how to complete.
- Submit Deposits Template. This lists the lease required deposit amount for each unit as well as the deposit paid in by the resident living in that unit. Please download the template and follow instructions on how to complete.
- Submit Recurring Charges Template. This template lists all the charges that the resident is supposed to pay for at their due date each month. Please download the template and follow instructions on how to complete.
- Submit Open Transactions Template, which is a list of all the transactions that are owed to or by the resident. Please download the template and follow instructions on how to complete.
If all of these items are complete, please go to the next step to continue implementation.
